The Difference Between Seismic Support And Load-Bearing Support
The key to the normal opertaion of the entire electromechanical system is whether the pipeline has sufficient strength to be fixed to the structure when it operates under full gravity load in daily work.

Reasonable load-bearing support and seismic support can arrange these pipeline systems reasonably and safely in buildings.

seismic support
Load-bearing Support is a fixed support system for piplines with gravity load as the main load. It is a fixing measure for pipelines and equipment to be laid on buildings during full gravity load operation.

Seismic support is a seismic support system primarily loaded with seismic force, which is a seismic support measure that can transmit the seismic effects generated by pipelines and equipment to the structure when encountering earthquakes of seismic intensity.

Load-bearing support mainly calculates the gravity load of the pipeline, and the horizontal force is mainly used to prevent shaking and mechanical vibration. The seismic supports is mainly loaded with the seismic force borne by the pipeline during an earthquake.

Load-bearing support and seismic support belong to different systems, and their respectives tasks are also different. Therefore, when involved, they should be set according to their respective relvent specifications and cannot be replaced by each other.
